Default how would you recreate this...

for a two color on black shirt. This file is so small that they told me to recreate it, and they want it today yet. The text and wrestler dudes - easy, whatever, but that background thing?!! I don't even know where to start with that.

yeah, not really sure. They want the background thing, and the wrestler images to be the same, but changing the text. They want this to be roughly 10"X10" on shirts, and the image i got was 2X2 at 72 dpi, so you know pretty high res. Gross.

Garbage in garbage out. Do the type in illustrator and carefully inlarge the image like... a cm at a time for the background.

yeah I'm not very good in photoshop but I think if you took some rectangle shapes played around with inner and outer glows and then twirled you might be able to get something roughly close to that.
