Fix for the dotted lines around flash movies on IE

Problem: When your site is viewed in Internet Explorer all flash files have a dotted line around them and you have to click on flash movie to activate it.

Reason: "IE did this because they lost a patent dispute with Eolas about plug-ins" I believe they call it ActiveX.
