It lets you adjust color:

Brightness/Contrast
Curves
Desaturate
Hue/Saturation
Invert
Levels
Shift to Color

pretty cool... only $37.50 too.

This is stuff that used to be in the Color Filters in AI before CS2. It's more useful than it seems. I was a little bummed when I needed them and I found they weren't there. These filters adjust colors while retaining the vectors. Really useful.

I probably have to get this.
