linksys problems

i'm at work, and i have my laptop, it has wireless and whatnot, but it connects to the linksys wireless internet thing, but it dosent allow me online (limited or no connectivity) how do i fix that? boss lady dosent know about it either any suggestions?

Linksys = piece of shit. Throw away buy new. They're cheap.

refresh the modem and router by unplugging it, leaving it off for a minute and plugging it all in again. sometimes i have to do that w/ my cox cable crap...
