Question: Mp4 into Flash Video?

Anyone know how to do it? Is there a shareware that will let you convert the mp4 into another format so you can create a FLV file?

If you have Flash, then there is a separate Flash Video/Media Encoder that comes with it. I use that in production daily. We render out uncompressed avi animations, and I convert them to FLV's through this. It works better than Premiere's and AE's built in media encoders.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did a couple in After Effects and switched over to the Flash Encoder. Both worked like gangbusters. I think the Flash Encoder was a little faster, though.
