    Default crop mark hindenburg

    working in illustratorcs2. everytime i throw up the crop marks it defaults them to the artboard. how do i make crop marks inside the artboard. i cant seem to move them after i make them and i dont see a way to unlock...help

    draw a rectangle for where you want your cropmarks to be, select the rectangle, go to the "Object" menu, got to "Crop Area" - select make crop area.

    Draw a box around your art and go to object > crop area > Make
