Digital print for commission - multiply layers

Dudes - creating an image for a private party. Deliverable going to be for digital print. While prepping for my own work, I use 'multiply' to evoke the trans inks that I use. I want to be able to keep you'd on for my layers (or flatten as a tiff for client). Is this possible? I will most likely not see the digital print. suggestions as how to save the file, keeping trans layers, etc totally appreciated!

Flatten it before you send and make sure it looks like you'd like it to. I do that all of the time.

Thanks tuffy! Tiff prolly? Just 300 dpi? I'm working on it at final size.

250 dpi will be fine as well. Only a trained eye can see the difference between 250 and 300. Even the difference between 200 and 300 is hard to tell for someone who doesn't know what to look for.
