Anyone knows about the Epson 9600 ?

I was wondering if anyone use the Epson 9600 . There is a print shop not far from where i live that own an Epson 9600 and they never print transparent for screenprinting jobs . So they ask if i could find any info about it and they would look on their side
Can you tell me if you can print transparent films for screenprinting with the 9600 ? And which size ?

I use a 9600 almost exclusively to print films and have been for the last 8 years (or whenever the 9600 first came out).
I'm using Epson inks and printing straight from photoshop or illustrator unless there is a halftone needed then I'm using FasyRIP.
I printing greyscale images using the Glossy Film Media Type setting, Black only, 720 dpi, Micro + Super checked, unidirectional (important). For films I am using LexJet instant Dry polycarbonate 44" wide.
