I just did a poster in Aquabrite Gold Swirl waterbased textile ink on black paper. I love how it worked I just did a couple pulls before raising the screen. Just to make sure it was fully covered. I think the mesh was 160

white underprint = yellow, not really gold. Ick. You can add a LITTLE yellowish orange to your gold to make it stand out more. Coarse mesh is the key like a few others have said. I use metallics A LOT. gold on black should stand out well as long as you use a coarse mesh screen - I have a 180 that works just fine.
