There isn't anything wrong with turning down a job even if you didn't ask him to do it, might as well put it there so someone else doesn't ask him to do some crazy stochastic seps on no budget.

I don't think there is anything wrong about asking questions, however, you have to admit that you ask some crazy shit a lot of the time. I mean, after the whole microwave-frankenstein-flashdryer you shouldn't be surprised when people think that some of your more wacky printing-problems are funny and make a few jokes. What work I've seen you do has looked really good and I've heard great things about your setup and homemade equipment, if you shared some more of that stuff (you know, about your process and experiences) people would appreciate that and be more than happy to help you print with applejuice on eaglefeathers.

on another note, I just checked out that thread Ritchie made back in 03 and jesus christ that is some fucking amazing info, why was it never moved to the premium section and nailed to the top, it might be old, but it's gold and shouldn't stay buried.

    Hello Kim,
I can understand the microwave thing is crazy but at that time I was looking for a solution that wasn't the classic heat press. However polymerizing inks with microwave at least after a test it works, despiting some people here continue to say microwave here and there.

Perhaps there a guy like me can easily buy a conveyor dryer or a flash unit. Here I can't, because there are so many taxes and high prices. To make you understand a Newman Roller Frames that in US costs 40$ here costs 158€+shpping. Is clear now why sometimes I'm looking "strange" solutions!? Why people from USA always think all the world has got the same chances of a US citizen? This isn't.

Regarding the homemade equipment I'll share some pics of my creations, but for what I can imagine some pics won't change the situation if there're some blind people.

In italy that movies are called the templars treasure, however nicholas cage, or at least who for him, took the concept from thousands of years ago.

See the movie/documentary called The Secret!

I've found something about Halftones and Illustrator:

Creating Halftone Effects in Illustrator | Vectips

Basically instead of using the pre-loaded swatches, you can create your own swatch (like a common shape), drag it in the Swatches palette and assign to shape.
