Anybody use a Mutoh wide format?

Here at work we have a Mutoh spitfire and need some help.

I do a test print and it shows color strips of CMYK but the yellow is only showing half and it's
printing but, you can tell it's wrong, like it needs more yellow. I have been on the phone with tech support and I just thought I would see if any of you work on this type of printer
