    Default After Effects Render help

I created a project in after effects, and now I need to render it. Preferably retaining the high quality & 16:9 aspect ratio while keeping it under 100mb's. It's around 2 min 30 seconds. Sound possible? Preferably in some format that most media players accept ie: .mov / .avi

I'm pairing it with a web video that quicktime generated from a 1.5 gig file to give them the option to download.

    Thanks,
    MDF

OOf. I'm working on a :30 right now, and it's rendering out at 700MB with audio. If you're on a mac, render at full quality/size, and then use something like Handbrake to crush it down for web delivery. I'm sure there's a Windows equivalent if you swing that way.
