And there in lies the paradox of this entire thread and argument.

Only the true can make fun of metal. Like anything in life people inside of a group can make fun of said group. people outside of said group may not. Or not without the risk of serious injury. Brendan Small may make fun of metal all he wants. He's one of us. If Gene Hoglan is willing to back Brendan then the dude is bonafide. ( and anyone who doesnt know who Gene Hoglan is you should refrain from further posts in this thread)

I must be the only guy on the site who saw them live in 2008. They had a giant screen and played clips of an exclusive episode, then the whoel band (Brendan, guitar tech, bassist and the drummer from SYL who fricking SLAYS) just punished the crowd. Brendan was doing random character voices, saying Houston was the most brutal city because of the humidity.

Anyways, was a killer show, the songs sounded WAY heavier than on the cd, they tune the shit down low.

And to the OP, I have a super slim chance at doing a poster.
