Visions of Mortality is rocking my face right now. When I first started developing my own music tastes this is how metal sounded, or at least what style of metal I was listening to. It was around 1990 and I had discovered some of the great yet accessible mid to late 80s thrash stuff like Anthrax, Megadeth, Slayer and Metallica. So recently I saw Early Man and it inspired me to revisit and discover some music in this vein. I would love some of your suggestions and favorites new or recent, as I'm sure there is plenty I have missed. Alright then, have at it. Thanks.

Rad Maxflo. I was hoping you would chime in. Quite a bit on your list I need to check out. I have been listening to a bunch of Annihilation Time recently. Kind of a Black Flagish vibe that I really like in their music. I like Early Man.
