Default Benefit for Little Feat Drummer Richie Hayward

Any fans of Little Feat - founded by Lowell George and one of my alltime favorite bands - their drummer Richie Hayward recently got diagnosed with liver disease and faces a lot of tests and possible transplant and has no health insurance. I guess a lot of you know that story....he's American, living here in the Comox Valley, and caught in between.

Anyway, the local musical mafia and his friends and family are putting on a fundraiser, and you might want to have a look if you are a drummer, guitarist, or whatever - a lot of real cool shit is being donated, coming in from around the world. This guy has played for everyone. I think this is the correct page.

    Pacific Disturbance

If you are downtown in Courtenay tomorrow, we got the band back together and will be playing around 7:30 - lots of fun.

We made it through our set. Wasn't too bad. Forgot all the little turnarounds and brides, whatever. those people would dance for wind chimes.

Great turnout, raising a lot of money. they may have video up of us tomorrow.
