mark solomon had this project called, outer circle, it was a great punk project.
Good guys, I designed a handful of shirts for them a few months ago.
Outer Circle was great!
I did a poster for them quite awhile back, Not the Crucified but another band (Staveacre) that Mark Salomon is in.

Did flyers for em & interviewed them in one of the issues of Thieves & Prostitutes, back in 1992. Good guys.
There were a bunch of these bands that popped up from a genuine movement, & then were preyed upon & screwed over royally by 'Christian' labels in ways that would make even evil corporate lawyers blush. Movement turned into a marketing ploy almost instantly,... it was like they were just waiting for a new Jesus freak movement to repeat itself, & sank their fangs into it instantly.
i remember stavesacre being pretty good, probably haven't listened to them in almost ten years though...
my brother has mark salomon's book. i've been meaning to borrow it and give it a read.
Loved these guys. My budddy from Thousand Oaks gave me thier cd's cause he said after the show his brother went hardcore christian and he didnt want to get brainwashed too.
