wasn't isis a lesbian heavy rock band in the early seventies? they must be in the 60's by now....
im a big fan of isis and was/ am disappointed with this release.

"Every single Crosshair poster I've ever seen is almost exactly the same. Do these guys even have a bit of creativity in them? I mean, come one - shitty old building pics photoshopped with text over them. Pretty pathetic to say the least."
"it just seems like so little effort is put into creating this? am i missing something?"
I like Pelican.

Pelican seems to have totally changed there sound.
wavering radiant is no more a progression than any of the last few albums. isis stopped pushing the envelope with celestial, unfortunately.
but, saying that, i always end of enjoying their records anyway and they eventually grow on me and i find them to be...comforting.
just hoping that one day they'll step outside the box again.
panopticon is amazing. in the absence of truth was quite a bit of change from panopticon in all respects. the sound is very different. wavering radiant sounds more like leftovers from in the absence of truth than new material to me.

I wanted to like it, I really did.
I agree though, Panopticon is great. New one.....not so much.
