Kreator: Hordes of Chaos

The new Kreator album is sick. It's like all the things I loved about old Metallica and old Slayer mixed up in a pot, eaten, and then vomited all over my ears. The production is great too. I guess they recorded it mostly live in the studio, which I prefer.

I had actually never HEARD them (although i had heard OF them) Until I caught the track Enemy of God on Sirius a year or two ago. I read a review of this album though and had to check it out. I love thrash, but I don't typically like "sung" vocals in my metal, especially thrash.

on a metal sidenote, i just discovered a band called Tankard that fucking rules.
