Blood Of The Tyrant are a relentless riff machine, also from Chicago. I think they have a Kuma's burger named after them.
Decapitado come to us from Milwaukee. The first thing you should know about them is that, according to their myspace blurb, "Decapitado is chaos controlled with razor sharp precision which in turn yields a beauty, a density and a power that most bands only fear." The other thing you should know is that Decapitado stars Dan Kubinski, who you may remember from midwest hardcore legends Die Kreuzen. He has one of the greatest screams in rock, and in Decapitado he deploys it liberally.
It's a fricken free show.

Why is there a picture of Andrew Bird in my thread about my band?

stay on target. bill, dan doesn't like andrew's music.
also, andrew broke his violin last night, into two pieces.
i'd be going to the arriver show if i wasn't going to be hitting bill with spitballs during the show at the opera house.most of the time we never fish!
