and don't you love the one song with the angry guitars over the happy-go-lucky house beat?

i love the whole record. i can't believe how good they still are.

I've got some credit left from a trade job at a record store, I think I'll get it today.

it's a full length record that combines two eps they put out last year called "read and burn" one and two.
they may have left out a song or two, and added some new ones, though.
all the info is probably on their official site:
    http://www.pinkflag.com
i never heard the second read and burn. it was for sale only at shows, and i wasn't able to make it to any of them. i think d.c. was the closest they played to here.
    dan's right. guitars guitars guitars.
    and the chorus goes ...

I have Read and Burn #1 and loved it... #2 was a bit harder to get, or mail order only or something like that. I need to go out and get the full-length now.

Is it just me, or does some of that "industrial"-sounding guitar remind you of some early Nine Inch Nails stuff?

well, yes, but that early nine inch nails stuff was influenced by ministry, who were lifting from big black, who were huge wire fans and covered "heartbeat" on a single.
    cyclical, isn't it?
