went to see my friends play the other night - are from austin. they have been together for years and have had a few recent changes - but they continue to get even better and better. a viola heads the band and the new drummer is killer. i don't know if they will ever get a break, but they definitely deserve it. great music to work by. if you are at all into mogwai, explosions in the sky, godspeed - worth checking out.
