I think that was on Tin Machine 2.

what's the guitarists name - Reeves Gabrels? weird and amazing.

i remember when it came out and in some interview a guy said it wasn't alternative enough, and bowie said something like "Not alternative enough? I'm David Fuching Bowie - fuch you." end of interview.

The Sales bros are also on "Lust for Life." They rule.

I'm a sucker for a good rhythm section!

Unfairly overshadowed by Ziggy Stardust & the Spiders From Mars...

Proves that Bowie was better when he was gay. MWSTW is the pinnacle of the hard-rocking Bowie (sorry Tin Machine fans). It is on this album, that Mick Ronson invented modern hard rock lead guitar. I don't mean, "took blues guitar and put it in a rock context," "took blues guitar and made it psychedelic," "invented widdlywiddly shredding," "invented metal," or any of that. I mean, invented modern hard rock lead guitar.
