    Default Beck- The Information

great album. kinda touches on every phase of his career. some songs are kinda slower Sea Change type stuff, and the others have me dancin' in the house, the car, and anywhere else i'm listening to it. DarkStar is the SHIT

    hahaha!

and yes, it's very addictive. except that 1000BPM song, i just can't get into that one. but between the Sea Change emotion, Mellow Gold jangly acoustic guitar, Midnight Vultures sexxxyness, and Odelay/Guero type funky beats, it has sooooo much to offer

i'm a sucker for random bells. that's half of what made Unrest the shit. this Beck record has bells, bleeps and fuzz too.

    Its really good.

Guero was alright, but didnt really move me at all.
    This one feels more inspired.

I saw him in Santa Cruz, and he played 1000 bpm. I love that song.

I'm digging the new album, but it's different. That's Beck, for you.

I didn't even know he had a new one out. Guero was just alright for me. My fav albums of his are the party records like Odelay and Midnite Vultures. Does this one sound anything like that?
