"Every single Crosshair poster I've ever seen is almost exactly the same. Do these guys even have a bit of creativity in them? I mean, come one - shitty old building pics photoshopped with text over them. Pretty pathetic to say the least."
"it just seems like so little effort is put into creating this? am i missing something?"
I recall doing that in Chicago around '95 or so with a similar issue. Thankfully the fact that JAMC came on after them provided a rousing wakeup call. I remember Hope being nice enough to come out and do Sometimes Always with Mary Chain at the end though. Or maybe it was just the drugs...

Were you at the show at Lounge Ax, when Mazzy Star played on the hottest day of the year, and HS performed in a mere bra and panties? I think that was '95.
And if that wasn't great enough, the opener was Codeine.

really good while stoned.
I really liked them till I saw them live, short show and had the personality of a piece of wood and that is an insult to trees
Nope - show was at the Riv. I was up in the balcony, show was in November I think. Do recall having a real nice sundae at Zephyr's up on Wilson afterwards though
Velvet Crush, Mazzy, and Mary Chain. Nice show.
