Death Cab For Cutie and Ravonettes

Heard of these two groups before but never heard their tunes. Found a couple CDs on sale at the music store near here. Do I need to make a return trip to pick them up?

It's all subjective. You should just hunt down some MP3's online, then go snag them if you like what you hear. You can go to barsuk.com to check out some clips from DCFC releases.

edit: Something new that you should all be into is the recent Riddle of Steel release. They're studs.

I like Death Cab, but don't care much for the Ravonettes.
Death Cab's music can be pretty depressing, though. You need to be in the right mood to listen to it.

Death Cab is boring.....I've only seen the Raveonettes live and they were entertaining.

I kind of like some Raveonettes stuff but prefer Death Cab any day.
