If you haven't picked this up yet, do so...unless yer broke, which I can totally relate with. I just used my Visa on that album and a badly needed pair of headphones, not to mention some batteries. I now have to be a good boy(financially), but it's worth it. This album is good listenin', f'real. Even the track with Nelly Furtado is dope(not that I'm hatin' on her, but some people don't dig her vibe). And where I'm from, the limited edition version with the free DVD is cheaper than the regular one. How fucked up is that? I don't even have a player! Is this the industry's solution to their sales woes? But, I digress...buy this motherfucker!

saw j5 last night last night cause i did some posters for them. got permission to do a bunch more. very fun show. the nicest guys you'll ever meet, for real.

I was supposed to do some work for Cut Chemist a couple of years ago. He sent me a bunch of J5 stuff. I really liked it. Quality control was real good. Reminds me of the old school hip hop. I don't like much of the newer hip hop.

J5 is the shit, I like the stuff they did with Quannum Project, The song they did with Blackalicious is pretty cool. Yeah, about as close to old school hip hop as you can get. It's cool that there's still a few people keeping it real. Check out Latryx, J Live, Quannum MC's and whatnot as well, definately worth a look.
