Mainly because my favorite color was green. I mean, at that point, I didn't really know any songs by name, so I just had to look under different word that I knew....

White Zombie- "La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Vol. 1". The first cd I bought, before I had a cd player, was Nirvana- "Bleach".

First album I ever bought was the "American Graffitti" soundtrack on eight-track. I had really gotten into '50s rock because of Happy Days. After a few weeks, the songs began overlapping -- you'd hear two songs at the same time. I took it back to the store and they let me exchange it for a vinyl copy of Elvis' Golden Records.

When your entire record collection consists of one album, you really listen to that album.
