pilot to gunner
new GBV
new sonic youth
new idlewild.

i need a throw back blow back...every once and awhile to awake the senses of what's good today.

shit. i can see the hives/stripes/strokes thing bringing back the windfall nirvana started. thanks to NIRVANA (who i will always hold dear...) we got PEARL JAM.

the footage of redd kross playing on the pier in 'the slog movie'....i don't care where they are now. THAT moment is my favorite.

nah, it's the LA hardcore movie-i'll bet maxflo's seen it...it's got all kinds of folk in it, like wasted youth- but there's great footage of an all day show on a pier, and the mcdonald brothers are like 15 or somethin...they play this really sloppy bluesy song. one of the coolest songs. i have no idea where to find it-the video store i use to work at had a copy.
