i never really got into motley crue, but i just spent all weekend doing nothing because their book "the dirt" wouldnt let me put it down. it was seriously one of the most entertaining books i have red in a long time. it kinda makes me wanna go buy one of their albums....no wait. thats stupid. great book, i hate tommy lee. his chapters were the dumbest.

The first 2 records are really good. Classic case of a band that got famous and started to go downhill fast.

In my humble opinion anyway.

a few days ago i picked up Shout at the Devil on vinyl at a used book store. got some fun looks from people, especially the emo cashier had to ring up that plus PiL's 'Flowers of Romance' and the first Comsat Angels album.

yeah, the first 2 Crue albums are big fun.
