I never appreciated King Crimson until I was older. Great band. Crazy song structure and arrangement. Fripp is a crazy dude.

I was just about to start a thread about Thin Lizzy and now that I'm older the stuff is so badass. Largemammal brought the Jailbreak album home and I hadn't heard it for years.
When you hear "The boys are back in town" on the radio it sounds kinda weird but it SO fits in with the rest of the album.

Oh yeah I'm on board with the King.

Thin Lizzy are one of the greatest rock bands ever. Jailbreak is so good it hurts. Even my kids "get it" when it comes to Thin Lizzy.

We listened to it during a break at band practice and the rest of the night kicked ass. We dropped the prog rock and went right for the throat.

How'z about some Gentle Giant. Our favorite record store was spinning it the other day. I hated it when i was younger but now I dig.

The cow bell breaks in the old Raw Power hardcore records are still my favorite. it was so cool to hear Napalm Death cover that Raw Power stuff.
