i'm seriously thinking of getting rid of my computer

on looking back over the time since i got this thing (about 4 years), i can safely say that it has not improved the quality of my personal or professional life at all. in fact, i think it's become a huge burdon. i find it's actually dragged me down enormously and in many aspewcts of my life, ruined it. i find myself yearning for the simpler life of a single telephone line with a cheap answering machine. i got soooo much more done back then.

the ineternet is a huge, massive time/distance spanning thing. this site, for example, is a global stop for poster artists and like minded individuals to chat about shop or anything else. you're a big part of that.

it is also a collossal user of free time.

but, do what you must.

art, i think you should not get rid of your computer, as i can only make long distance calls on the weekends, and if i could only call you on the weekends, you'd probably get a lot more work done, and then the rest of us would look bad , or worse, than we already argh.
