Need an artist to design and print poster

I need an artist to design and print a poster for me. I need 3-4 copies of a single design. I have mock-up of the design I am looking for, just need someone with skills to make it look good. I have a March 15th hard deadline. The posters are for personal use (a gift) but I want them in the style of concert posters. I envision the poster being a standard size (24 x 36?) flat board poster with 3-5 colors.

If you are interested please give me a shout. I live in Dallas, TX and would prefer to work with someone local. I would appreciate some examples and a ball park quote.
