I'm doing a little sniffing around on behalf of someone in LA.

He's got a nice boutique operation going.

Know any good (entry to mid level) visual web designers?

I'm looking for web proficient visual designers to skin UIs for some emerging interactive products(web). The interactions and the IA are worked out for the most part, and the brand ID/style has already been established.

I'm looking for someone with good design sense to take it to the next level, and I need a trusted source over posting on job boards. If you know of someone, please let me know.

He's not clear whether he needs someone onsite, which would mean LA locals only, or whether he'd work with someone offsite for these projects. I've inquired with him on this point, and I'm waiting to hear back.
