Logo design for a t shirt

Hello All,
I am looking for a design/logo for a tshirt for my bro. He had the idea of having two griffins on either side of a shield facing each other. Text on the shield will say "Trained by Shane." Cheezy, yes, but he gives em out to his athletes. This will encompass a large portion of the back, but I don't know how detailed it can be because it is only a one color screen. Interested in a hand drawn look (if that makes sense or even possible). On the front will be an identical shield with only the letters " T B S" in it.

Let me know what you think. I am an ebeaner (don't cringe) with no artistic talent so I hang your art on my walls. And I eat bacon three times a day.

I don't know how much this usually costs. Does $200 sound good? Thanks, folks. And keep those sweet posters comin...
