there are a million folks in this and every other scene, something has to separate the wheat from the chaff. i'd rather root for people who are talented, have social skills, and are decent hearted. why buck up a bad-tempered, pissy, over-confident airbag?

most of the people that i respect and think are brilliant are actually the last to agree with me about themselves. 99.99% of the time when someone tells you how badassed, talented and smart they are, they ain't.
