The VOV Fest looking for poster artist and silk screener

Greetings from Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas where we are looking ahead to the 8th Annual Valley of the Vapors Independent Music Festival (March 18-24, 2012). We are a small venue festival in a small town run by a dedicated group of volunteers who beg, borrow and steal to pull off The VOV. Past performers at The VOV include Lucero, Lost In The Trees, Murder By Death, Monotonix, Th' Legendary Shack Shakers, James Husband, The Queers, Viva Voce, Quintron, PeeLander Z and a ton more.

We are looking for an artist to design our poster and be the sole featured artist for a gallery show at Low Key Arts during the festival. We have commissioned Nate Duval, Aesthetic Apparatus, Craft and Concept, and Jay Ryan over the past few years.

POSTER DETAILS
We are hoping to have 75 posters silk screened.
Ideal size would be 18' x 24'.
Print on heavyweight paper.
Sign and Number each print.
Budget is $400 for design and posters.
50% delivered upon completion of design and 50% upon delivery of posters.
Delivery date for posters is January 2nd, 2012.

ART SHOW DETAILS
Selected artist would send a collection of 20 to 30 prints to be displayed and sold during The VOV.
Prints can be displayed unframed - hung with bulldog clips.
Artist keeps 90% of all sales.
Artist pays for all shipping.
