Album cover art wanted for sci-fi themed surf band

We need an album cover with a very short deadline, as we're way past our expected release date due to our previous artist becoming very ill. We have a modest budget of $200, we don't mean to disrespect anyone by only offering that, but it's all we can afford right now. We are on a small label, so this isn't entirely self - released, though we are paying for all production costs ourselves.

What we're looking for is someone who is patient enough to guide me through the process of designing the cover. As I'm a musician not a visual artist, I have found this quite challenging. Send me an email with a link to your portfolio or examples of your work, as well as any questions you may have.

He might suggest you insert $200 in your anus. Or, when you see his work, you may increase your budget.
But if you contact him directly, at least you will be spared the awkwardness of an insert-telling in a public forum.

Thanks for the advice. I figure any artist selling prints for more than I'm willing to pay him for original art is probably out of our league.

I should add given the short deadline, the artists should probably be working in computer graphics. We'd really like to have something within a week.

Hey Shecky,

I have some artwork that might fit the bill, or I can work something up from scratch. Either way, I'd be more than happy to do it, and can make it happen whatever your deadline. Let me know if you're interested. Here's a couple things, which came to mind...both from the same art piece, but like I said I could do something ground-up as well. Johnny is a good candidate, but I can kill it for you also!
