Artists / Illustrators WANTED for graphics for new Longboard Co.

I am looking for top notch artists / illustrators for new Longboard skateboard co. It has a little bit of a surfy vibe but really looking for some amazing illustrators for deck graphics. I can supply dielines and other info. We can also use hi res images / photos of paintings for 4 color process graphics as well. As far as direction goes things are a little confidential but imagine what you would want to go into a store and buy that is above and beyond what you see out there now. WE have alot of collab projects in the works and want this to be powerful.
