thirded, i design and print my work too.

i think you'll find that most here do design and handle the screenprinting both, so it's really not a rare selling point to dis designers as not able to handle the printing. it's the norm on GP.

I know these things have a lot of variables and negotiation involved, but any help or quotes would be really helpful. Thank you so much.
depending on how many pieces of collateral you are looking for too, each one gets a price. for instance, one poster, or 3 different sized ones, a banner, web pieces, ticket stubs, etc.

and, are you looking for just design, or someone to screenprint the posters? or, as uncle charlie suggested, handle the print brokering for you if the posters are to be offset / machine printed? i've handled all of the above and every job is different based on those factors, quantities, etc.

it's tough to toss out numbers without knowing all of the pieces of the puzzle, but once they are known, it's easier to do a quote.

Do we have moderators anymore? How does one become one? I'd love to help clean up the Spamtacular times that seem to be going on here lately. I swear it's more than usual and would be happy to help.

As for the designer bashing. One thing you won't get from a designer is ugly stacked type.

    Cheers,

I think there are 4 of us moderating, however there is still spam that gets occasionally missed. Easiest way to help us is to report spam posts by clicking the little '!' in a triangle icon on the bottom left of the questionable post.

Not all the moderators can be on the forums to see stuff themselves all of the time, but if a post is reported, we all get emailed to let us know, and it's an easy job for us to delete/ban as needed.

Thanks to those that regularly report posts, and for your occasional amusing messages to us.

Have y'all (you all) a good day GP'ers!
