Lightbulb Looking for artist to work with in an ongoing basis!

I play in a band called The Melodramatics, we're a reggae/rock/ska band out of Northern California. We're strongly influenced and similar in style to Sublime, Less Than Jake, NOFX, The Expendables, Rebelution, etc... Check us out, give us a listen and check out our past flyers, photos, and album art. You'll probably find the most on our myspace link.

    The Melodramatics | Facebook

I would like to find someone who digs the music and can create art that properly reflects the style. We've been together since 2001 and I've always done our artwork, but my art skills are limited.

We're currently working on an album and need new album artwork, would like posters, merch, web layouts, etc...

I'm even down to collaborate, bounce ideas off each other, etc... Our funds are somewhat limited, but we can pay. What would be ideal is someone who sees potential in the music and would like to grow with us. I'm looking for someone who can hit the nail on the head with the style and have your artwork permanently represent our band. As your kick ass artwork helps grow our fanbase, we can afford to give you more.

Check it out, if you like what you hear e-mail me at: contact@themelodramatics.com

Start with the album art -- offer a budget, ballpark is fine. It will give people here a much better idea of the opportunity. If you have to "call to see the price" you and everyone you have a conversation with will spend more time. A rough price will cut through that, and you'll likely get more responses in addition to far better qualified ones.

The album art seems most relevant (and important) and typically the other materials will follow the same creative thread to some degree.

I was profile view #66666 on your myspace page. Freaky.

Default i'm the man for you.....

    gday mate........
i went to your myspace page and listened to your music....i got down to it, even drew to it. I think i may be the guy for you. I work for fairly cheap and my posters come up absolutely rocking. If you like comic book styled posters that pop out when you look at them, then i'm your guy.

my online portfolio is: Paul Abstruse: comic book artist

i've already got a sugar shakers poster up on gig posters and my gamble sisters is awaiting approval. I also did the inside album cover for "dead inside the crysalis". Lemme know what you think and we can take it from there.

    Paul.
