That looks like a very famous picture of Jim Red Dog Muir. Big brother of Mike muir od Suicidal. He was an old Dog Town Z Boy skater. One of the first pros. Maybe I'm mistaken.

I never knew his nickname was Red Dog... Of course, I'm not a Cali guy.
