its a bit big - how do you resize with these square-bracket forum tags?

I'll probably ink some outlines to make it a little bolder. I'll hopefully keep this down to three colors. I already did the sun in Photoshop (I was just getting proportions down on the drawing). This will be a poster and t-shirt pretty soon.
