met some folks from chicago at goldrush. someone from pegboy? seemed a tad frustrated that i wasnt familiar with his band.

heh. that was me. i wasnt at all frustrated. im usually surprised if people actually DO know us.

it was good to meet ya. i had a fucking blast that night.

everyone in the band was beyond friendly. got to watch soundcheck, sat with us at our table in the balcony the whole time before the show, then drinks over at the bar after.

in fact everyone in nashville was super nice. worth the 15 hours we spent on the road.

i want to see Duane Dennison playing with Jesus Lizard again. have seen him about three times recently with the Shack Shakers and just watched in awe of his skills.

cool. i dumped my footage to a friends computer, so hopefully i will have a dvd very soon. i filmed about 55min worth. i had to stop so i could pee. and the bathroom is all the way back in the venue. practically in the green room.
