Obama artist makes plea deal in Mass. case

I personally think the whole thing makes the AP look bad. I think they are a bunch of whiney little A-holes. How many months was this image prevalent in the news that they were documenting before they made a stink (8 months, 10 months)? At first the photographer said he was cool with it then after the election he about faces. Screw them.

Well, the photographer doesn't own the rights to the image, and he's not the one suing.

Was looking at the new book called Hope which collects 170 Obama posters. I was amazed how many posters came from well known photos like Rollingstone covers and the AP image. Does that mean they should all be sued?
