No, not that they're out for a cash grab. Just that they have a chance of recouping their
court fees and more.
Plus, his is the most popular image and the case will be/ is in the news and sends the message.
Plenty of people and corporations have used either that exact image or variations on it,
and I doubt they asked either him or AP.
I like Shep, but I'm not defending or condemning him for this.
Whether I do or not is a moot point.
The court will decide without regard to what is discussed on GP

Most of that makes sense. AP and many others share rights on images...what he did IS different - plus he then went around flaunting that he didn't ask, etc.
