A quick google turned up a plethora of places to order. OfficeMax has a bunch you can order online in all different colors. (Though I assume you just want black)

I love those things. I buy them by the box at OfficeMax. But you are right, sometimes they only stock the extra fine v5, which I hate.

i'm using the v5 now for hands and details, but i've resorted to unibal v7's for the time being for the rest...it's not bad, but it bleeds more than the pilot
