Obama and the teleprompter
most of the times i can just shrug off the " my side rules your side sucks " babble that usual comes with open political comments but.......... after getting a wee bit obsessed with the current Palin trainwreck i was amazed to see how many republicans, conservatives or just the anti-obama are ridiculing him for using a teleprompter. honestly, wtf !!??!!! that's like critisizing the man for wearing a suit. all presidents have used one since it's inception. reagan was big time into the teleprompter. i got to see him speak in '84. great speech, very dynamic, used a teleprompter.
i kno we have a mixed bag politically here so...... just curious on the input.

I assumed they all did anyway... I mean shit... you have to give speeches that often who wouldn't. Nobody gets on letterman or Conan for using cue cards for their monolog every night. Same deal as I see it.

it's a weak attempt at making him seem like less of an 'average joe'. because 'average joe' would never use a teleprompter down at the ol' 'watering hole', which is where the 'real america' is.
