Generalizing

Expectations are/were too high

Being compared to MLK.... That dude never needed a teleprompter.

Also with those expectations set it was rather weird to see how 'bad' obama is without a studied speech and without help from a teleprompter.

He is still miles ahead of a retarded speaker like Bush. Its just that he is black, got compared to MLK and the like and doesn't even come close in reality.
