bay set up a production company that hires directors trying to make it who haven't yet directed hollywood films. basically he gives those with television and independent movie credentials a shot so he's not so bad.

i didnt know her name coming out of the first transformers. now shes some huge press douche. i think her comments about a movie shes still promoting is completely unprofessional.
