how could you guys forget Hootie?

a black guy really into experimental music is Wanz Dover.

a great black drummer is Earl Harvin. he plays jazz in his trio, and has toured and recorded with the The, Seal, Psychedelic Furs, and many others. he had a rock band called Rubberbullet that was pretty damn good too.
